Owner James Housteau developed a passion for food, wine and travel while reading the stories of Ernest Hemingway. “Hemingway bound the words in his stories together with his passion for food, wine, friends and travel and this restaurant allows me to share those experiences with my friends.”
ReplyDeleteThe Short Story has a varied menu that will constantly evolve to explore the breadth of food experiences shared by Hemingway in locales like France, Spain, Italy, Cuba and Africa. The Short Story’s nightly menu will have appetizers for the table, hot and cold small plates, large plate entrĂ©es and desserts.
The Short Story's staff are also experts at pairing food and wine together to complement your meal. The wine list has over 100 bottles with many available by the glass.
