We had a
full house Friday night for “The Global Power of Local Food: A GROW Dinner” at the Whetstone Park of Roses Shelterhouse
in Clintonville!
More than
100 guests and volunteers joined us for a panel discussion featuring Nigerian
farmer Susan Godwin, Granville-based farmer Bryn Bird and Local Matters
Co-Founder Noreen Warnock. After the panel, 13 tables of guests discussed how
to reduce food wastes and increase mindfulness of their consumption habits.

Our goal
is to complete as many Grow Method meals as possible by Oct. 31 to count toward
